Ring of Fire ® Asian Chile Flank Steak

16 oz Flank Steak, trimmed
Garnish: diced green onion (optional)

Place flank steak in re-sealable bag. Pour Ring of Fire ® Asian Chile Marinade over meat, seal bag and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning bag over at 15 minutes to marinate meat evenly. Remove from bag and discard marinade. DO NOT RE-USE MARINADE FROM BAG. Grill meat to desired doneness. Slice and garnish with green onions. Makes 2 servings.

Variation: Chicken Breasts, marinate for 20 minutes. Chicken Thighs, marinate for 30 minutes. Fish like Swordfish or Ahi Tuna, marinate for 10 minutes.
