Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly brush both sides of corn tortillas with oil and place in a stack (You can also lightly spray each tortilla with cooking spray instead of brushing with oil). Cut tortillas into quarters and place in a single layer on 2 sheet trays. Bake for about 8 minutes before rotating the trays (upper and lower tray exchanging positions) and spin the trays from front to back for even cooking. Check the chips after 3-4 minutes for doneness. Season hot chips with Ring of Fire ® All Purpose Seasoning.
Makes 4 dozen chips.
