Ring of Fire ® Scampi Fiero

 6 tbs. Unsalted Butter
 2 tsp. minced Garlic
 8 oz. 31-40 raw Shrimp, peeled & deveined
 4 tbs. Ring of Fire ® Habanero Hot Sauce (Original or Xtra Hot)
 Dash of Worcestershire Sauce (optional)

Melt butter in sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for approximately 1 minute. (be careful not to burn the garlic or your dish will be bitter.) Add shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink. Add Ring of Fire ® Hot Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce. Stir until hot sauce evenly coats the shrimp. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings

Accompany with garlic bread or sliced baguette. Great on pasta or rice as an entree.
